One Crew for Every Floor in the Building

Floors take more abuse than any other surface in a commercial property — every tenant, customer, cart, and delivery crosses them, in every kind of weather San Antonio produces. Our flooring service covers the entire umbrella under one roof: ceramic and porcelain tile, LVT and vinyl plank, carpet tile and broadloom, VCT, sheet vinyl, and rubber — installed, repaired, and maintained by one crew, for offices, retail, restaurants, warehouses, and medical properties across San Antonio.

The Materials We Install and Maintain

Every material below is one we both install and look after — the crew that puts your floor down is the crew that keeps it up.

Ceramic and porcelain tile. Fired-clay tile — porcelain is the denser, harder-fired version that stands up to moisture and punishing traffic. It’s the default in lobbies, restrooms, commercial kitchens, and break rooms, anywhere water and heavy use meet. We install new tile floors and repair existing ones — replacing cracked or loose tiles, re-grouting failed joints, sealing grout lines — and maintain them with deep scrubbing that lifts the soil grout absorbs over time.

LVT and vinyl plank. Luxury vinyl tile and plank give offices, retail floors, and medical offices the look of wood or stone with a surface that shrugs off spills and chair casters. We install glue-down and floating floors, replace individual damaged planks or tiles instead of whole rooms, and run care programs matched to the product, so the floor wears evenly instead of failing first where people walk most.

Carpet tile and broadloom carpet. Broadloom is the wall-to-wall roll carpet of offices and common areas; carpet tile covers the same ground in individual squares — and that difference matters to a facility, because a stained or damaged square can be lifted and replaced in minutes instead of re-carpeting a room. We install both, and we maintain both: scheduled deep cleaning and hot-water extraction, spot, stain, and odor treatment between cleans, and seam and patch repair. Clean or replace is a judgment call we’ll make honestly with you: carpet with life left gets cleaned and patched; carpet that’s crushed and stained through gets a replacement conversation, not a cleaning invoice.

VCT — vinyl composition tile. The hard-wearing 12-inch tile that is the standard in schools, healthcare corridors, retail back rooms, and other high-traffic hallways. VCT’s shine isn’t the tile — it’s the finish on it — which is why we install VCT and then keep it on a finish program: periodic scrubbing, strip-and-wax cycles, and burnishing that bring the gloss back before traffic wears through to the tile itself.

Sheet vinyl, including welded-seam. Vinyl laid in wide sheets instead of pieces, so a room has few seams — or, with the seams heat-welded, effectively none. That’s what makes it the floor of wet and clinical environments: procedure rooms, labs, restrooms, and anywhere washdowns are routine. We install sheet vinyl, weld and repair seams, and maintain the surface. Its clinical side is covered in the specialty and clinic sections below — it’s the backbone of both.

Rubber flooring. Resilient rubber sheet and tile with natural give underfoot — cushioning that makes it the floor of gyms and fitness areas, and a favorite in healthcare, play, and therapy spaces where slips and noise matter. It quiets a room and forgives dropped equipment. We install rubber flooring, repair damaged sections, and maintain it with cleaning matched to the material, so its slip-friendly surface stays that way.

Concrete and wood, too. Sealing and surface care for warehouse, service-area, and polished-concrete floors — and cleaning, screening, and refinishing for the wood floors in lobbies and offices where real wood makes the impression. A floor on a maintenance program ages in years; a floor without one ages in footsteps.

New Flooring Installation

For build-outs, turnovers, and floors past saving, installation is matched to the job the floor has to do — traffic volume, moisture exposure, maintenance appetite, and budget. The work runs as part of the larger picture: flooring inside a tenant improvement or a make-ready flows on one schedule with the paint, patching, and repairs around it, instead of waiting on three separate vendors to sequence themselves.

Specialty Flooring: Welded Vinyl and Seamless Surfaces

Some settings need floors with nowhere for dirt and moisture to hide. We install welded vinyl — sheet vinyl with heat-welded seams that form a continuous, sealed surface — and seamless clinical flooring systems that run wall to wall without the joints and grout lines that complicate cleaning everywhere else. These surfaces are built for spaces that get cleaned hard and often, and where the floor itself is part of how the room stays sanitary.

Clinic & Hospital Flooring

Clinics, medical and dental offices, and hospital environments ask more of a floor than any other setting: constant traffic, rolling equipment, rigorous daily cleaning, and no tolerance for a space being out of service longer than necessary. The floor these settings reach for is sheet vinyl — laid in wide sheets, its seams heat-welded into a continuous surface that can turn up the wall at the base, sealing the floor-to-wall joint where mops and washdowns push moisture. We install and maintain the welded-seam vinyl and seamless surfaces these settings call for, and we plan the work around care — phased installation, after-hours scheduling, and sections kept in service so a practice keeps seeing patients while its floors are renewed. The same crew maintains what we install, so the people who know how your floor was built are the ones looking after it.
